Luís Rebelo

Luís is an Executive Director at Eaglestone’s Financial Advisory Services team since 2012. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking including: Mergers & Acquisitions, Valuations, Project & Structured Finance, Business Plan & Investment Advisory, Real Estate Finance, Fixed Income and Derivatives.

Luís has broad experience in several sectors such as Energy, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, TMT, Financial Services, Infrastructures (ports, airports and roads), Construction & Engineering, Food & Beverage, Mining and Hotels. Over the years, Luís has performed assignments in multiple countries including Portugal, Spain, Angola, Mozambique, Ghana, Rwanda, Côte d'Ivoire and Cameroon.

Prior to joining Eaglestone, Luís was Director of Corporate & Project Finance at ESCOM Angola.

He was also Chief Investment Officer at TCN/IBRD Real Estate, Senior Director of Corporate Finance at Banco Finantia and Associate Director of Corporate Finance at Banco Efisa.

Luís has a degree in Business Administration from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, a post-graduate degree in Financial Markets from ISCTE Business School and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and AESE Business School.
