Neo’s previous work experience is in private equity.

He undertook his CA(SA) training articles at Deloitte with a focus in financial services. Prior to joining Eaglestone, Neo worked at Goodwell Investments where was involved in deal origination & structuring, valuation and portfolio management in sub-Saharan Africa, across the sectors of agriculture, financial services, healthcare, Insurtech, mobility and logistics.
