Eaglestone Advises Unicargas on the joint venture agreement with Abu Dhabi Ports

Eaglestone is pleased to have acted as financial adviser to Unicargas on the joint venture agreement between Unicargas and Abu Dhabi Ports signed on April 23^rd, 2024 for the development of Unicargas’ port operation and logistic business.

Simultaneously, Unicargas has also signed a 20-year extension of its Multipurpose Terminal Concession with the Port of Luanda on which Eaglestone has also acted as financial adviser.
