Ana Sá Ribeiro

Ana Sá Ribeiro has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, including Project Finance, Corporate Banking and Corporate Finance, having been involved in several advisory and structuring operations of PPPs and Project Finance in various sectors of activity in Portugal, Spain, Mexico, Angola and Mozambique, among others.

She is currently a Non-Executive Director (Independent) of Mota-Engil, SA.

Between 2005-2012, she was Vice-President and CFO of the Ascendi Group (joint venture between BES and Mota Engil) and CEO of ES Concessões.

Between 2002-2005, she was Coordinating Director of BESI’s Project Finance division responsible for advisory services
