Khanyo’s previous work experience is in Corporate Banking and Corporate Finance.
Prior to joining Eaglestone, Khanyo worked at Rothschild & Co. where he advised on M&A, debt and equity raising transactions.
Recent key transactions include the RMIPPPP – Renewable and Battery Hybrid (2020), Trans Africa Concession Financial Model Rebuild (2020), Valuation of a Portfolio of REIPPPP Round 4 Assets (2020). Khanyo advised a leading multinational in the business services sector across debt, equity and M&A workstreams (2019) and advised Barclays Africa Group’s successful USD 400 million international bond offering debut.
